At Hayabusa, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
